Environmental graphic design is the usage of visible parts in environments to attach people to those places. The objective of environmental design is to enhance people’s experiences in those places; whether it makes the expertise more memorable or informs the viewer. Architecture, road signs, signage, occasion areas, and wall murals are all examples of environmental design.
Three-year-track college students want an additional year to study or brush up on these expertise. They have a strong portfolio of creative work that may embody some design however can also embrace creative initiatives in other mediums. Students in the Graphic Design program use this work to develop an expansive portfolio of diverse projects, an invaluable device for our graduates as they search future employment. This module builds on the historical and thematic content introduced at Level 4 and emphasises the theorisation of contemporary graphic design practice.
