- Account Termination Accounts may be terminated immediately for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or sharing unverified hardware benchmarks. Upon termination, all user-generated content, build logs, and review data will be permanently deleted from our servers, with no possibility of recovery. Appeals must be submitted via the Contact Us page.
- Content Removal User-submitted content (including build logs, reviews, and forum posts) may be removed at any time if it violates our policies, such as containing illegal activity, defamatory language, or unverified claims. Content removal does not guarantee complete data erasure; however, all public-facing instances will be purged. Users may request removal of their own content via the Contact Us page, subject to verification.
- Data Handling We collect minimal data: username, email, IP address, and build logs (including hardware specs and benchmark results). This data is used for personalization, analytics, and security purposes. We do not sell user data. Data retention lasts for 12 months post-account termination, after which it is securely deleted. Users may request data deletion via the Contact Us page.
- No Third-Party Claims Tech Builds does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted benchmarks, build logs, or hardware claims. Users are responsible for the integrity of their content. We reserve the right to flag or remove content that appears to violate industry standards or manufacturer guidelines.
- Liability Disclaimer Tech Builds is not liable for damages arising from reliance on user-submitted content, including but not limited to hardware failure, compatibility issues, or incorrect benchmark interpretations. Use of our platform is at your own risk.
